  • Supported “The Store Systems” Project team. Team developed / maintained the point of sale coupon distribution system, tracking consumer behavior and redemption programs.  System is one of Catalina’s premiere product offerings for installation in retail outlets globally.
  • Managed targeted application releases to 17,000 retail stores
  • Assisted in managing the largest strategic initiative (Color Printing) in the company’s history. The Dynamic Generation of three dimensional color graphical images onto coupons at the point of sale. Seiko Edson (Japan) Developed the color printer for this purpose, and I brought the project to a manageable status within a three week period.
  • Defined the “Organizational Matrix” for the Color Printing Program for the executive team and five feature teams to ensure a functional hierarchy existed within IT. Responsibilities included; status reporting, measuring feature team’s process compliance, issue/risk management, coordination of architectural review meetings between teams, and maintenance of scheduled deliverables across teams.
